Experience:
Over
twenty-five years as an
electronics development and manufacturing manager. With Schlumberger, managed a
team which designed and built advanced instrumentation and sensor data
acquisition products and systems. Team budgets were over $2M and internal field
sales were over $20M. Developed and introduced new products which significantly
reduced costs and initiated full-scale manufacturing.
Technical management experience includes product planning, cost estimating, budgeting, project leadership, negotiations, contracts, and personnel evaluation. Manufacturing experience includes material requirements planning, inventory control, vendor development, production testing, outsourcing, importing, and ISO-9000 quality.
