Experience:
Started-up a product line manufacturing organization to build major oilfield acquisition systems. Over 700 systems were built to a typical yearly production plan of 100 systems. Experience includes material requirements planning, inventory control, vendor development, production testing, outsourcing sub-assemblies, importing parts, and achieving ISO-9000 quality certification. Rapid repairs and upgrades were also provided for existing field systems. Managed manufacturing groups of up to 18 people including manufacturing engineering. Successfully completed many audits by quality and hazardous area equipment certification agencies such as DNV and BASEEFA.
